Once your package has been handed over to the delivery courier we are not responsible for delays or lost/stolen parcels. Please ensure you have put the right address on your parcel and there is a safe place to deliver.
RETURNS
Returns
If you wish to return an order please email hello@marsene.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.
For change-of-mind, we offer store credit only. We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
All items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale.
